To celebrate Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2024, this week our talented apprentices met at Trump Turnberry for their quarterly Handover Event.

The apprentices completed presentations and reflected on their last 6 months, whilst also looking forward to their next rotations in their hotels.

Congratulations to our Professional Cookery students who took part in the first ever AHS professional cookery challenge, competing in a series of practical rounds. Scores and judges feedback will all be taken into account at this years end of year graduation event.

The Apprenticeship in Hospitality Scotland is awarded prestigious royal recognition for their investment in learning and development and training of young people in hospitality in Scotland.

Yesterday Blythswood Square Hotel hosted the AHS handover event, for two groups of apprentices.

Apprentice Rosie Wilkins, employed by The Torridon Hotel was awarded two prestigious awards at a glittering awards ceremony on Thursday 16th November at Kelvingrove Art Gallery in Glasgow.

Yesterday Blythswood Square Hotel hosted the SAH handover event, for the third group of apprentices. The handover event allows apprentices to reflect on their first six months on the programme where they worked within Housekeeping.
